Most of Clean Tunnel Air International's development have been in co-operation with the High Voltage department at the University of Graz, Austria.

The University of Graz deliever the following services to CTA International AS:

Technical assistance on development and improvements
Testing of EP cells and power supplies
Internal efficiency testing
